Sunday game in Lloyminster - Chiefs 4; Border Kings 5. A third period scoring blitz by the Chiefs evened the score 4 to 4. However, a PP goal at 1 min left in the period gave the win to Lloyminster.

A perfect month of December for the Chiefs winning 5 games out of 5. A victory against Stony Plain (6 to 3) last Saturday kept them their 4th place in the standings.

The Chiefs continue on a winning streak, winning over the Border Kings 4 to 2, with an empty net goal, on Sat Dec 04.
Then, on Fri Dec 16, a convincing win (8 to 2) over the Admirals, brings them in 4th place in the standing.
The Chiefs will play their last game before Christmas on Saturday Dec 17, 7:30 PM meeting the Eagles in Stony Plain.

A perfect weekend for the Chiefs winning their two games at home!
A goal by Daniel McPherson assisted by Trevor Kordyban at about 7 min into the third period gave the 3:2 victory to the Chiefs over the Sylvan Lake Admirals.
The Chiefs entered the second period with a one goal deficit. However, Michael Small assisted by Daniel McPherson and Trevor Kordyban evened the score at two and a half min into the second period. The admirals followed a min later with another goal. The Chiefs replied with a PP goal by Trevor Kordyban (Lee Zalasky, Cameron Ritchie) bringing the score to 2:2.
The Chiefs outscored the Admirals 39 to 27. Blake Grenier held the net with 25 saves out of 27. Daniel McPherson was selected star of the game for the Chiefs.
League Leading Players: Blair Manning with 5 goals and 18 assists is #1 player of the league with 23 points. He is followed by Chiefs' Cameron Ritchie and Justin Cox from Stony Plain with each 18 points.
The Chiefs will play their last game at home before Christmas on Saturday Dec 10, 8 PM meeting the Lloyminster Border Kings.

A very convincing win by the Chiefs. Outshooting the Eagles by almost twice as many shots on goals, the Chiefs took advantage of their offensive and applied good discipline. Cameron Ritchie and Richard Kelly scored each three goals, each with a PP goal. Other goals were scored by Michael Small, Bryan Forslund, Blair Manning and Aaron Agnew. David Tetrault in the net got the win (22/23 saves).
